Results
I wanted to update everyone on my month of Crossfit. I started the program on February 1st and I finished it on March 31st. My goal was to lose weight, tone my body, and increase my endurance. I have to say that I achieved all of those goals!
My weight went from 123lbs to 117lbs, my body fat dropped from 18% down to 14%, and my endurance went up by about 25%. I also improved my strength, flexibility, and cardio abilities. In total, I would say that this was a very successful month of Crossfit!
