New Delhi: The results of Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Advanced 2017 for admission to the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) has been declared on Sunday. Students can check their results at: www.jeeadv.ac.in
This year’s JEE Advanced exam was conducted by IIT Madras. The candidates get admissions into 22 IIT across the nation or Indian school of Mines, Dhanbad for Bachelor’s, Integrated Master’s and Dual Degree programmes.
Here’s a step-by-step guide to check your results:
■ Log on to the official website: www.jeeadv.ac.in
■ Look out for ‘JEE Advanced 2017 Results’.
■ Enter details such as roll or registration number and other information in prescribed format
■ Press enter or click to submit and results will be displayed
At least 1.7 lakh students had registered and appeared in the exam. Candidates, who cleared the JEE (Main) or the first phase of the two-phase exams, were eligible to sit for the JEE-(Advanced), reported Hindustan Times.
The answer keys of the JEE Advanced question paper was released on 5 June. IIT Madras will also release the category wise All India Ranks (AIR) of successful candidates, which will also be shared via a text message on candidates’ registered mobile numbers.
