The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) 2017 is one of the most crucial competitive exams of the year. May 7 is the date that it is held this year and lakhs of students have registered to appear in it. What makes it so competitive is because, since 2016, it is the single entrance exam for medical. The government had taken this decision along with the Supreme Court in its move to bring all medical colleges of the country under the ambit of one single entrance exam.
